They serve single-origin espresso drinks, artisanal teas, and delicious open toast/tartines sandwiches crafted by Chef Aliia, the talented owner and baker of The Pastry Room. I've tried all the options: smoked salmon on pumpernickel, avocado on sourdough, and my personal favorite - ricotta cheese and figs on sourdough. Don't miss the egg drop sandwich as well! All the breads are baked right in this cute cafe on Spring Street. The house chai is a must-try, and the mini cakes and pastries are absolutely top-notch. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! ”
